Cream is Packed in 2 oz increments,  2 ounces will last you at least 6 months.
General Directions; Apply a full fingernail amount to clean dry skin, twice a day. Chose a different location at evey application. If youre female, and still menstruate, stop for the week you are menstruating. You can resume after youre done.
Men can apply every day once a day,
Herbs included in my formula;
Wild yam- Dioscorea villosa
Chaste Berry-Vitex agnus-castus
Dandelion root- Taraxacum officinale
Cramp Bark-Viburnum opulus aka Snowball tree
Lavender- Lavandula angustifolia sp munstead
Red Clover- Trifolium pratense
 
All of the above are infused into both Tallow and Sunflower/Jojoba oil. I include Fractionated Coconut oil, Black seed oil, Castor oil & essential oils of Frankincense serrata & Lavender.
 
 
Now, just to be clear, the Wild Yam that I grow & use does Not Contain the steroidal sapogenin diosgenin, according to Multiple resources including NIH,

I find it interesting that the tests were performed in 2014, from herbs that were harvested as far back as 2010.

Anecdotal evidence suggests that their tests are just not accurate.
According to Barbara O’Neil, Anna’s Wild Yam Cream is the best & it Does contain Diosgenin.
