After Many requests I have finally created a Conditioner Bar that I Love! 
Ingredients: *Glyceryl Stearate , **Cetearyl Alcohol, Shea Butter, ***Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate, ****Glyceryl Oleate, Coconut Oil, *****Behentrimonium Chloride, ******Isopropyl Alcohol, *******Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate, Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiables.
 
*Glyceryl Stearate - a glycerol ester of stearic acid derived from RSPO Palm and Coconut oil.
**Cetearyl Alcohol -derived from plant-based sources, such as coconut oil and palm oil
***Polyglyceral-4 Oleate -natural and plant-based ingredient, free from PEG (polyethylene glycol) cerated from vegetable oils such as Olive 7 Sunflower oil.
****Glyceryl Oleate- composed of glycerin and oleic acid, a naturally occurring fatty acid. An Emollient andan Emulsifier. 
***** Behentrimonium Chloride- a plant-based ingredient used for its conditioning, detangling, and anti-static properties
****** Isopropyl Alcohol - a solvent to blend ingredients and a preservative to prevent bacteria
*******Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate - plant-derived emollient and a silicone alternative.
********Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiables - naturally occurring compounds from olive oil, including squalane, phytosterols, and other lipids. 
 
All scents used in my conditioner bars are Essential oils, Essential oil Isolates and Plant based Aromas.
