Comfrey is an amazing healing herb. Often called knitbone, boneset & salsify among others.
Comfrey contains allantoin. Allantoin is a naturally occuring chemical that assists in new cell skin growth. The leaves of the comfrey plant are whats used in our healing salves. Picked 1st thing in the morning, after the dew has evaporated. Carefully dried and than solar infused in extra virgin olive oil.
Ginger root and Cayenne pepper are also included in this heat salve. We have 3 types, #1 #2 and #3.
As I personally have very sensitive skin to cayenne, I wanted a salve that would be effective yet gentle.
Very little heat is felt topically from our comfrey heat salves.
The #1 salve is made with a low concentration of cayenne.
#2 has more cayenne for those that can handle it and #3 has yet even more.
